Her Philosophy

Breanna is a holistic, person-centered therapist with a deep appreciation for the mind-body connection and a genuine passion for making every client feel truly seen, honored, and empowered. Known for her warmth, compassion, and affirming presence, Breanna creates a space that feels safe, collaborative, and completely judgment-free — where each person's unique identity and story is celebrated, not just acknowledged.

Breanna is especially passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, those navigating trauma, and clients exploring their roles within family systems. She believes that healing happens when people feel genuinely accepted for exactly who they are — and she brings that belief into every single session.

Her approach is grounded in holistic, person-centered values, with a deep commitment to building authentic, compassionate therapeutic relationships. Breanna tailors her work to meet each client exactly where they are — honoring their unique experiences, strengths, and goals every step of the way.

Her Background

Breanna holds a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from Binghamton University, which has given her a unique lens through which she understands the deep connection between the body and the mind — bringing both rigor and warmth to her therapeutic work.

Her clinical experience includes working in residential and partial hospitalization programs for individuals with eating disorders, as well as serving as a peer counseling intern with a focus on general health and mental wellness. Through this work, Breanna has developed a deep sensitivity to the complexities of recovery, identity, and healing — and a steadfast commitment to showing up for her clients with empathy, curiosity, and care.
