Parenting Support Therapy
Parenting Is Incredibly Challenging. You Don't Have to Do It Alone.
Nobody hands you a manual when you become a parent. And nobody tells you how much of your own unfinished business will come rushing to the surface when you do. The sleeplessness, the worry, the overwhelming love, the moments you're not proud of — parenting touches everything.
Whether you're struggling with your own mental health, navigating a difficult dynamic with your child, or simply trying to be the parent you want to be — therapy can help.
We offer parenting support and therapy via telehealth across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
Who We Work With
We work with parents at every stage — from expecting parents navigating anxiety about the transition ahead, to parents of young children, teenagers, and adult children. We also work with parents navigating co-parenting after separation, blended family dynamics, and the unique challenges of raising neurodivergent or differently-abled children.
There's no wrong reason to seek support. Wanting to be a better parent is one of the most loving things you can do — for your child and for yourself.
Does this resonate with you…
You’re looking for a therapist who understands what it feels like when —
• You love your child deeply — and parenting is still really, really hard
• You find yourself reacting in ways that remind you of your own parents — and you don't want to
• You feel like you're constantly getting it wrong
• The transition to parenthood has been harder than you expected
• You're overwhelmed, overstimulated, and running on empty
• Your child is struggling and you don't know how to help them
• You and your co-parent are not on the same page — and it's affecting everyone
• You've lost your sense of self since becoming a parent
• You carry guilt about the kind of parent you've been — and want to do better
• You want to break cycles from your own childhood but aren't sure how

Parenting is hard. We know that. We approach this work with warmth, deep respect, and absolutely zero judgment — for the moments you're proud of and the ones you're not. You are safe to be honest here.
-
One of the most powerful things we can do for our children is do our own work. We help you understand your triggers, your patterns, your wounds — and how they're showing up in your parenting — so you can respond rather than react.
-
How you were parented shapes how you parent. Attachment-based therapy helps you understand the relational blueprints you're working from — and consciously choose something different for your own children.
-
We offer practical guidance alongside emotional processing — communication strategies, boundary-setting, how to talk to kids about hard things, and how to repair after ruptures. Real tools for real parenting challenges.
-
Postpartum depression, anxiety, and rage are more common than most people know — and more treatable than most people believe. We offer compassionate, specialized support for parents in the postpartum period.
-
Navigating parenting after separation or divorce is one of the hardest things families face. We help parents communicate more effectively, reduce conflict, and put their children's needs at the center, even when things are difficult.

Parenting therapy via telehealth is just as effective as in-person therapy. Available across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
