Jennifer Sobol

Jennifer is a natural holistic healer who is deeply committed to creating a safe space for her clients to explore, navigate, and transform their pain. She brings a person-centered, warm, compassionate, and collaborative energy to her sessions and utilizes a strength-based perspective to empower her clients towards positive change.

Jennifer began her work in the mental health field at Brooklyn Criminal Court where she advocated for therapeutic alternatives to incarceration. She then led a Dual Focus Group, examining the interconnectedness of mental health and substance use, at Bridge Back to Life, a New York based substance abuse recovery center. Before joining Peace of Mind Therapy NYC, Jennifer worked in community mental health settings to ensure that quality mental health services are accessible to all.

As an intuitive healer, Jennifer considers her client’s physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing in her practice. If of interest to her clients, she is able to use a combination of energy healing techniques, such as breathwork, meditation, Reiki, and spiritual guidance, to help her clients restore balance to their body, mind, and spirit. Jennifer prides herself on her ability to meaningfully connect with her clients, allowing them to find humor and playfulness in the process while feeling seen and heard in order to tap into their inner wisdom for healing and growth.

Holding licenses in NY, NJ, and CT, Jennifer is excited to join you on your journey towards transformation. Begin today by scheduling a free 15-minute phone consultation!
