Starting her professional journey as an educator, Jenna has always been drawn to supporting individuals on their paths towards growth and transformation. Since becoming a therapist, Jenna has worked in both school and private practice settings and has traveled throughout SE Asia to extensively study and train in Buddhist Psychology, meditation and mindfulness techniques. In 2022, Jenna founded Peace of Mind Therapy NYC.
